Learn end user basics in order to fully leverage SugarCRM.Through a combination of lecture and hands-on exercises students will get the necessary tools to be able to use Sugar effectively and efficiently.

Objective is to understand the functional basics of SugarCRM including sales life-cycle management and to get hands on experience creating and managing accounts, leads, opportunities and contact. This is an instructor led course.
